What’s your name?
Aaron Coyes and this is my sassy and sexy wife Indra Dunis.
What do you do in the band?
I build synthesizers, noise boxes, and drum machine things and play them. I play bass, guitar, manipulate tapes, and produce. Indra plays keys and drums, and dubs out her vocals. She also produces and jams on some noise boxes here and there.
How many people are in your band?
Just the two of us.
Where are you guys from?
I grew up in See Canyon, California. Indra grew up in Madison. Wisconsin. We met in the Bay Area, moved to Wisconsin, and just moved back to Los Angeles.
What were you doing five years ago?
I was cooking fancy food. Indra was a photo editor for fancy wedding photographer.
What do you always have with you on the road?
Positive vibes.
What is your most prized possession?
Our son, though we don’t possess him. We both love that little dude so much.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
When people who are trying to make the world a positive place get divided by those trying to destroy it.
Cats or dogs?
They’re both cool. No preference. As long as their owners are chillers, they too tend to be chillers.
